John purchased this boat from Jeff Buckley in 2003. He completely restored it and repowered it with a potent 350 Chevy engine coupled to a vevet drive transmission. The boat, which can be seen on the vintage circut, is named in remembrance of John's dad, Johhny Gast, who drove an E racing runabout by that name on the APBA race circuit during the 1950's.            Photos and information provided by John Gast.
